Lauren’s therapeutic style is grounded in kindness, warmth and acceptance. She blends practical, evidence-based techniques with experiential learning to ensure each session is tailored to the client’s needs, goals and lived experience.

She believes that trust, safety and connection are essential foundations for meaningful and sustained recovery. Her work is guided by client-centred, trauma-informed and neurodiverse-affirming principles that recognise and validate the full spectrum of human experience.

Lauren has a strong interest in trauma recovery and the sensory, behavioural and developmental neurosciences. Her practice draws on arousal and emotional regulation strategies, sensory modulation, somatic approaches and experiential learning.

Her clinical experience spans disability services, private practice and tertiary mental health settings. This includes psychosocial rehabilitation, case management and inpatient roles. She holds a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (Honours) from Monash University and is an active member of Occupational Therapy Australia (OTA) and the World Federation of Occupational Therapists (WFOT). She has also completed the OTA Professional Supervision Program.

Lauren is the founder and Managing Director of Core Clarity, established in 2018. She has built a connected team of skilled therapists who share her commitment to helping people engage meaningfully in their lives and work towards genuine wellbeing.
