Telehealth (phone and video)
Our telehealth services provide accessible therapy support to NDIS participants from the comfort and safety of their own homes. This allows individuals to connect with our experienced mental health professionals from anywhere, using any device with internet access or phone reception. These services are great for people who need flexible and responsive support, with the option of short and long appointments.
Our telehealth services offer NDIS participants the same level of personalised support as they would receive during an in-person session, and it is a more cost-effective solution. With no need to spend funding on travel, you can get more therapy time and make progress towards your goals.

Telehealth is a fantastic option for NDIS participants with psychosocial disability.
Many of the people we support tell us that leaving the house, managing transport or being in unfamiliar environments increases stress, fatigue or anxiety. Telehealth removes those barriers and lets you access support in a way that feels safe, calm and predictable.
Telehealth also means that every minute of your plan budget goes directly to therapy, rather than being used on travel time. This allows you to stretch your funding further, receive more support, and focus entirely on your goals.
With telehealth you can:
Access therapy from the safety and comfort of your own space
Avoid travel costs and energy demands
Keep support consistent during tough periods or flare ups
Schedule sessions that fit around fluctuating mental health
Choose from short, medium or long appointments
Access flexible appointment times from 8.00 am to 8.00 pm
Access appointments on short notice when needed
Benefit from more flexible cancellation timeframes
Receive support from highly experienced mental health OTs no matter where you live
We use the same clinical tools, assessments and therapeutic approaches that we use in person. The only difference is that you can show up exactly as you are with no travel, no waiting rooms, and no overwhelm.
For many participants, telehealth leads to more consistency, less stress, and improved outcomes.

Our NDIS fees are currently $193.99 per hour.
There are no out-of-pocket fees or additional charges for out-of-hours services.
-
We provide all of our NDIS services online because this offers the greatest accessibility, flexibility and consistency for participants. Most people we support prefer telehealth because it reduces stress, avoids travel, and allows therapy to fit around fluctuating mental health needs.
However, we do still offer home visits in some areas, depending on therapist availability. At the moment, we can complete home visits within approximately 15 minutes of the following locations in Victoria:
South Yarra
Brighton
Heidelberg
Coburg
Availability changes depending on caseload. Please contact us to check our current capacity and to see if a home visit can be arranged for your area.
Our Services
-
Our therapists have several years of experience completing functional assessments safely and effectively through telehealth. The NDIS allows and accepts telehealth assessments, and the tools we use are the same evidence-based assessments we would complete in person.
Through structured interviewing, guided questioning and standardised assessment tools, we can gather all necessary information without requiring someone to leave their home. If visual observation is needed, we can complete this easily over video.
-
Our team have been providing NDIS therapy services since April 2018 and have extensive experience supporting adults with psychosocial disability. Our team understands the NDIS system, reporting requirements and evidence standards, which means you can trust that our assessments and therapy meet what the NDIS is looking for.
We stay up to date with current NDIS practices, policy updates and disability-specific clinical guidelines. This ensures the services we provide are high quality, relevant and aligned with best practice.
Feel free to place an NDIS referral here.

If your mental health is impacting your daily activities (for example work or study, personal care, cleaning, cooking) or important life roles (such as parenting, friendships or relationships), you may benefit from seeing a mental health OT. Our role is to help reduce barriers to daily function and support you to participate more fully in the activities and roles that matter to you.
Mental health OTs support people to enhance their function across many areas of life, depending on their goals. This may include:
Learning or improving domestic skills
Accessing the community
Developing routines and healthy habits
Looking after yourself, including personal care and medication management
Productivity and organisational skills
Cognitive skills such as memory, attention and processing
Managing behaviours of concern
Setting, planning and achieving goals
Managing mental health symptoms and building coping strategies
Developing identity and self-confidence
Building or maintaining social skills and relationships
Work and study skills
And much more. Our focus is always on helping you participate in meaningful activities and improve your daily life.
