This Website provides general information about our allied health and education services. Engagement in therapy or clinical services is governed by our Service Agreements, not by these Website Terms.
1. About our services
Core Clarity provides allied health services including mental health occupational therapy, functional assessment, individual and group interventions, pain and chronic condition support, education, and clinical supervision. Information on this Website is general in nature and may not be suitable for all individuals.

Formal service delivery only begins once a Service Agreement is in place and an appointment has been made.
2. Not a crisis service
Core Clarity is not a crisis or emergency response service and does not provide after-hours crisis care.

3. Use of the Website

A therapeutic relationship begins only when a Service Agreement has been completed and services have commenced.
8. Safety and conduct during services
If services are provided in the home or community, the environment must be safe and appropriate. This includes:
No substance use or smoking during home visit sessions
Pets must be secured if they interfere with therapy
The home must be free of occupational hazards
No verbal or physical aggression towards staff
If a session cannot proceed safely, the therapist may end the session. Fees may still apply in accordance with the relevant Service Agreement.
9. Fees and cancellations
Information about fees, pre-payment requirements, cancellation timeframes and non-attendance fees is outlined in the Service Agreement relevant to your funding type.
For reference only:
Pre-payment is required for all services except NDIA claims
Cancellation fees apply when notice is not provided within the required timeframe
Cancellation windows may vary according to service type and are detailed in your Service Agreement
Where these Website Terms differ from the Service Agreement, the Service Agreement prevails. For full details regarding client responsibilities, risk, therapy goals, cancellations, fees and conduct expectations, please refer to the applicable Service Agreements:

10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by Australian law, Core Clarity excludes all liability for any loss, damage or cost arising from your use of the Website or reliance on Website information.
Nothing in these Terms excludes consumer rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
