Megan is an experienced occupational therapist with over 20 years of clinical expertise in mental health. She has worked in both inpatient and community settings, gaining valuable knowledge and skills. Megan's specialty lies in conducting complex assessments whilst working within a recovery-based framework. She is familiar with working in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and sensory modulation based strategies, allowing her to provide diverse interventions to individuals with complex support needs.

Megan's approach to therapy is person-centred and collaborative. She values the input of both individuals and their carers/families, recognising the importance of their involvement in the therapeutic process. By adopting a trauma-informed approach, Megan helps individuals identify their functional challenges and strengths. She tailors her interventions to meet each person's unique needs and supports them to work at their own pace  towards their goals and objectives.
